Software Team Leader - Embedded Automotive

DO YOU WANT TO SHAPE THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY?

This will make you grow:  

You will be part of a diverse global team developing Embedded Software for Automotive projects from concept through to implementation and validation.

Your tasks will be the disciplinary and technical leadership of a new team of Embedded Software specialists.

This includes the strategic recruitment, coaching, personal and technical development of your team.

This is how you will take us forward: 

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or comparable degree).
• Good knowledge and practical experience with Embedded C/C++ Software programming languages and model based SW development.
• 5 years or more of experience in Embedded Software development and experience as Software team leader or project manager.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive approach, self-motivation, communication and presentation skills.
