Scrum Master

DO YOU WANT TO SHAPE THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY?

Location: Selangor, Malaysia

This will make you grow:  

• As a Scrum Master you will coach and advise Scrum teams in the automotive industry
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• You are also responsible for the preparation, coordination and moderation of internal and external Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
• Help teams implement changes effectively.

This is how you will take us forward: 

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Informatics/Vehicle Technology/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach is an advantage.
• A good team player with excellent moderation and negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
