In its anniversary year, EDAG Malaysia is expanding its local service portfolio with Software Development, Sotfware Testing and Mobility IT Delivery Center. "Our services are geared towards regional and international OEMs, as well as start-up and tech companies," explains Cosimo De Carlo, CEO of the EDAG Group. 

The automobile of the future will be an all-round mobility concept. EDAG Malaysia will be actively shaping and influencing this process for its customers. The new business unit cooperates with all of EDAG Group international units, is closely linked to Group IT, and bundles a wide range of competencies and a wide variety of EDAG vehicle, software development, software testing and mobility IT resources for its local customers. 

Aside from technical know-how, the branch in Malaysia offers additional advantages: Thomas Föller points to the World Bank, which ranks the Southeast Asian country as one of the most open economies in the world, with a modern infrastructure and a high trade balance ratio.

For the new competence center, EDAG Malaysia will be relying on the local labor market with well-trained, multilingual engineers.
